In recent years, preventing workplace accidents and improving the safety level of work environments has become an inevitable trend. According to the regulations of the Construction Safety Act, it is required to take photographs and record videos during the construction period of high-risk projects. However, general photographic records are usually intended for archival purposes, making it impossibl e to observe real-time monitoring or establish immediate connections with events. This limitation results in compliance that is superficial and only serves for subsequent reference. This is an issue in the industry that cannot be ignored.
Design Concept
Hon-Tsai Technology integrates various management applications in this area to provide a more comprehensive risk management and monitoring mechanism. "Leading safety, actively participating, and bringing managers' eyes to the site!" During the construction process, video recording devices with real-time streaming capabilities are used to capture and upload footage. This facilitates supervisory units in viewi ng real-time streaming images within hazardous areas where construction activities are taking place. The streaming images are simultaneously saved on the device for sub sequent record retrieval, achieving real-time supervision. Additionally, by utilizing a 3D mapping platform, precise positioning is possible, reducing communication time and costs. Integration with our company's contractor system licenses (construction operations,local space operations,hot work operations, lifting operations, elevated operations, etc.) is established. This provides a digital dashboard for jurisdictional personnel to quickly inspect on-site safety, ensuring that enterprises can minimize accident risks to the greatest extent possible when conducting construction in high-risk environments. This approach aims to protect the safety of workers and alleviate the pressure on supervisory personnel.
System Overview
Construction notification/audit
The contractor applies for construction to the high-risk construction supervision system through APP or WEB, and the review is pushed to the BWC management unit via APP/email notification to collect the BWC.
Construction video
Construction manufacturers can use the APP to scan the QR code on the BWC before and after construction to activate and deactivate the BWC. After the work was completed, the management unit placed the BWC on special hardware for video upload on the same day.
BWC Equipment Management
Ability to view the lending status and equipment condition of the BWC, facilitating managers in managing the dev ice status and lending status.
Operational Dashboard
View the current day's construction status, complemented by a mapping system to observe the distribution of construction sites, and review the overall live stream of the day's construction.
Product Description
System installation work permit
- It can be connected with the work permit, providing mobile monitoring equipment (BWC) for serial connection activation, and determining whether the device is authorized before the connection operation can be carried out.
- When the work permit transmits information about service interruption or suspension, the system will automatically stop the photography operation.
- If the photography process is interrupted, the system can determine whether the information comes from the suspension of the work permit or the end of work . If the interruption of photography occurs outside of the consent situation, the system will automatically notify the contractor's access control system.
