Our company has developed a "Safety Management" platform, which provides cloud service solutions and aims to establish "self-inspection" tailored to various industries, customizing processes and reports for individual companies. We will continue to develop multiple APIs for "heterogeneous interface integration."
The overall system uses the "backend management module" as the backend and can be installed on various smart mobile devices with "frontend function modules" and "mobile positioning modules." It combines inspection content with various industries or company-specific "inspection management modules." Data mining techniques derive intelligent dispatching or BI digital dashboards, providing more precise system feedback for AI analysis.
The Inspection Management System is divided into four major modules: frontend function module, backend management module, safety audit module, and IoT sensor module. These modules can be customized or enhanced for specific groups depending on the user's needs.

Frontend function module
On-site presence, Inspection, Record inquiry, Equipment history, Supervisor inspection, Casual shooting, Work order operation
The frontend function module is based on the on-site work environment of the mobile inspection module. It is executed in line with the decisions made in the backend management module. It provides on-site operators with task guidance and assistance, ensuring tasks are carried out as required. The system uses standardized operational forms.
Backend management
Account permission management, Working environment management, Schedule plan management, Equipment history management, Module report management, Supervisor sign-off work, Defect improvement work
Based on the hardware requirements of the frontend, relevant parameters are configured in the backend management platform. This includes setting up operator identities and roles, equipment related to the site, procedure development, checklist configuration, and providing standard queries and reports and customized reports.
Safety Audit Module
Record Analysis、Exception Reporting、Online Approval、Decision Management
During safety audit operations, data analysis and record retrieval are performed based on the data provided by the inspection tasks recorded in the system. Managers use this data, expertise, and task records to continually strengthen areas with deficiencies and assign tasks accordingly.
IoT Sensor Module
Based on the mobile devices chosen by the client and the frontend function module (GPS, RFID, QRCode), and in collaboration with the network environment provided by the property owner, measurement instruments, gas detectors, and positioning navigation carried during task execution are wirelessly transmitted via the frontend function module (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Lo-Ra).
License Patent
The initial research goal of our company during its establishment was to create a comprehensive inspection system solution to assist petrochemical industry clients in preventing workplace safety incidents. The research strategy aimed to construct a "path" from the present to the future for product and technology development. During project execution, the research and development department continuously received user feedback, consistently developed products to meet the needs of target industries, mastered the critical technologies required for the products, and prepared resources for future investments. The research and development were divided into three phases of comprehensive marketization: the first phase from 2013 to 2015, the second from 2016 to 2019, and the third from 2019 to 2022.
